Running

I really regret that the pathetic limitations of various of my body parts (particularly Achilles tendons) now prevent me from running or even jogging.
I now enjoy walking and, reluctantly, no longer attempt to break into a trot. I do, however, wear a fitbit (and for the previous several years a simple pedometer) and aim to walk 10,000 steps per day. My actual average over five years is about 8,000 per day - not too bad, I reckon.
